’¦ because Dropbox doesn't let you move the top parent folder somewhere else. The warning dialog isn't prescriptive (the action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program), but still far better than Live Mesh, which will happily move the folder for you, but thinks that you want to delete the files from all the other computers!
